We operate the principle coach fleet in the ‘Conference City’ of Harrogate and the historic city of York. Our Conference and Corporate Hospitality staff have many years of experience, offering a full range of services to event organisers and we are proud of our close links with the York Conference Bureau and the Harrogate International Centre.

As a company we specialise in large conference transfers, arranging shuttle services between various Harrogate and York hotels, local railway stations/airports, the Harrogate Conference Centre and University of York. We can also provide similar transportation arrangements to and from banquets and other corporate functions.

A tailor made packaging service for both delegates and partners is also available, incorporating the many places of interest within the Yorkshire area. We can assist with itinerary suggestions and also make the necessary bookings and arrangements for visits to attractions, stately homes and meal and refreshment venues. In addition, we can provide the services of qualified Blue Badge guides forspecialised commentary and multilingual guides are also available.

For our Conference and Corporate Hospitality clients, we provide a first class fleet of luxury executive coaches. Many of our coaches feature double-glazing, tinted windows, curtains, reclining seats, air suspension, television and video, WC and washroom and drinks facilities. In addition, many of our vehicles also have the benefit and comfort of air conditioning and fitted lap belts. All of our coaches are immaculately prepared and sent out in pristine condition in the hands of one of our experienced and professional drivers. You can be assured of a reliable and efficient service from our uniformed driving team who have 24hr support from our operations management. If required, coaches with tables and the services of an onboard hostess/steward can also be provided.

Conference and Hospitality services are managed from our Head office where our experienced staff can meet all of your requirements from coach transfers and refreshment venues to hotel accommodation and guided tours.
