This is a select organisation of proven quality coach operators throughout the country which have satisfied strict membership criteria. CITO is a nationwide organisation committed to the continual improvement of quality coach holidays and the eddie brown tours Group is the only company in the area to hold such an accreditation. The CITO QUALITY AWARD is applied to a proportion of holidays in our brochure and the CITO logo indicates a tour which meets certain standards. On a CITO holiday you can be sure of the following at no extra cost;

 Hotels: Minimum 3* hotel (national ratings –Themed accommodation, i.e. accommodation not considered to be a ‘normal’ hotel, is exempt)
- Luggage handling in resort – one piece per person
- Menu choice at dinner (except for night of arrival). Minimum choice of main course on European holidays and at least 3 choices of starter, main and dessert on UK holidays. (Themed meals exempt: e.g. meals with a special name in itinerary)
- Cooked breakfast (UK Tours)
- Buffet breakfast (European Tours)
CITO Select Award
 To qualify for the CITO Select Award, holidays must include all of the above features plus the following:
- Minimum 4* standard resort hotel
- Dine at leisure for included meals
N.B. Some hotels will require guests to pre-book their tables for dine at leisure for their evening meals
In addition, the CITO ESCORTED logo indicates a holiday which features all of the above plus the services of a professional, uniformed Tour Manager/Escort who will provide a commentary on places of interest en route.
