| We've done it again! For the second year running, Eddie Brown Tours is celebrating after winning the prestigious UK Holiday Programme of the Year award at the 2008 Coach Tourism Awards. These nationwide Awards recognise and reward the very best companies in the coach tourism industry and were attended by over 350 coach travel professionals at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry on 06th June. Up against some of the best coach and tour operators across the country, our innovative and high quality UK holiday programme won the award for a second consecutive year. Personal service, attention to detail and the highest standards of customer care proved to be a winning combination. Managing Director Deirdre Brown collected the award on the night and said: "We were up against some of the country's best coach operators in 6 different categories and were finalists in 3 including International Operator and Coach Operator of the Year. To win the UK Holiday Programme award for a second consecutive year is a wonderful achievement. Faced with the challenges of the current economic climate, holidays closer to home without fuel and currency surcharges are an attractive option and our customers can now choose from an award-winning selection. I am delighted that our dedicated and hard-working team has been honoured with such a prestigious award. Eddie Brown Tours has been recognised on a national level for providing the best quality holidays both at home and further afield in Europe. It was a great night for us and we are incredibly proud to receive this award again from our industry peers." |
